Security

The security of your deposit is paramount to us. As a privately owned company we are not answerable to any other body or third party. Your deposit does not appear on any of our Accounts and is wholly owned by you. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be given the only key to your allocated security box (subject to size of deposit) and only you will have access to this.

Our vaults are fully alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day. We also benefit from being in a central location situated moments from The Police Station and Customs Office, monitored by 24 hour CCTV.

Notwithstanding the above for your added security, we also agree to hold a Lloyd’s of London placed insurance policy at all times and a copy of this policy is made available to you upon entering into a contract with us.
